The beak, or upper fender, for the Ducati Multistrada DVT (from model year 2015), glossy finish, replaces the original plastic component. Especially at the aggressive front of the Multistrada series, the carbon part particularly emphasizes the sporty character of the motorcycle. The beak is designed as a single piece, and the closure from below is done with a special additional carbon part included in the delivery. All mounting points for the headlight are present on the Ilmberger beak. Only standard mounting materials are used, and, as is customary with Ilmberger, only standard holding and screw points are utilized. The glossy finish contrasts with the original Ducati Performance carbon parts delivered in a matte finish.   Of course, the cover can also be ordered in a matte carbon finish, which then harmonizes perfectly with the original Ducati Performance accessory carbon parts. The carbon part was completely manufactured according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave from prepreg (see FAQ) material and, as is customary for us, was coated with a clear plastic coating in the next step to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
