This product is a newly developed silencer made of titanium with an embossed surface that provides additional strength and durability. It achieves a weight reduction of 32% (1.3 kg) compared to the stock system. The engineers focused on delivering a deep sound, improved responsiveness, and appealing aesthetics during the development. The silencer consists of a high-quality titanium outer sleeve, a carbon end cap, and stainless steel connecting pipes. The internal structure of the silencer and a stainless steel heat shield complete the design. Compared to a stock exhaust system, a power increase of 0.3 kW (0.4 hp) at 8,750 rpm and a torque increase of 0.3 Nm at 5,000 rpm were measured on the Akrapovič test bench. Plug-and-play installation means that no re-mapping is required. The system meets the Euro5+ EU/ECE type approval, which will be applicable from 2024. The previous regulation, Euro5, was valid until December 31, 2023.For an additional upgrade of the Slip-On Line (Titanium), a heat shield made of carbon is available as an optional accessory, as well as a header for riders who desire more power and racing sound. Installing the header will void the EU/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium).

In the development of this newly designed Titan silencer, the focus was on aesthetics, sound, and weight reduction. The embossed surface provides additional strength and durability. The silencer produces a deep sound and reduces the weight by 42.2% (1.8 kg) compared to the stock system. An end cap and a heat shield made of carbon complete the design; additionally, the connecting pipe and the internal structure of the silencer made of stainless steel round off the system. During the development phase, the Akrapovič engineers focused on the responsiveness. The performance values were increased by 0.8 kW (1.1 HP) at 7,900 RPM and a torque increase of 1.0 Nm at 8,000 RPM compared to a stock exhaust system, and tested on the Akrapovič test bench. The system meets the Euro5+ EU/ECE type approval, which will be valid from 2024. The previous regulation, Euro5, was valid until December 31, 2023. The plug-and-play installation means that no re-mapping is required.

Re-mapping is not required.Options include a carbon silencer mount and a connecting pipe for further performance enhancement. These are intended for use exclusively on closed tracks and racetracks.Additional installation notes: This product has been developed and tested for EU vehicle specifications. Fit and performance outside the EU may vary depending on the market and different vehicle specifications.The installation of the optional connecting pipe will invalidate the EC/ECE approval for the Slip-On Line (Carbon).
