Generally, the basic adapter can be mounted either upwards or downwards. This allows you to achieve a natural ergonomics and a healthier sitting position. The optimal leg angle is 90°. When the leg angle is bent, the blood vessels also bend, resulting in insufficient oxygen supply to the leg, which can lead to the dreaded varicose veins.After installation, the adapters can be adjusted so that the footrest is positioned vertically downwards, keeping the distance to the shift and brake lever relatively constant.MV thus complements its existing program and simultaneously replaces the rigid and expensive adapters.
