This system, made from race-proven materials, features a black-coated titanium outer shell on the silencer and has a newly designed end cap, which, like the bracket, is also made of lightweight titanium. It is equipped with a connecting pipe made of stainless steel and an internal structure of the silencer. It weighs 39.8% (1.6 kg) less than the stock system and offers performance increases in the mid and high RPM range. During development, the engineers focused on gas response and handling, resulting in a power increase of 0.7 kW (0.9 hp) and a torque increase of 1.3 Nm, both at 5,700 RPM compared to a stock system tested on the in-house Akrapovič test bench. The Euro 5 system meets the EC/ECE type approval and simultaneously delivers better performance as well as a deep, sporty sound. The system is easy to install via plug-and-play. Re-mapping is not required. Furthermore, the system is fully compatible with the original side cases from Honda.
This is the first Akrapovič aftermarket exhaust born from the latest concepts first revealed at the 2019 EICMA motorcycle show. Created for better durability under all conditions, the new muffler is an evolution and future direction in exhaust design, heralding a new era in an ever-expanding market. The progression of the legendary hexagonal shape by Akrapovič, which revolutionized exhaust-system design in 2005, sees the design adapting to modern trends and fresh ideas while following the legacy associated with this iconic muffler. The lines of the system fit perfectly within the bike’s profile and the muffler appears smaller to the eye – seemingly counter to strict type-approval rules because mufflers are becoming larger – fully demonstrating the progression in the design. The system is EC/ECE-type approved. A black-coated muffler with an engraved logo, a titanium outer sleeve, and carbon-fibre parts all add to the appeal. With power optimized for the machine, perfect workmanship, a high-quality finish, and more than 40% savings in weight, it is as much a piece of art as it is a performance part.Catalytic converter is included within the system.
Designed to increase power and torque while lowering weight over the stock system. The Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust is manufactured from race-bred materials and is constructed using a titanium outer sleeve for a real racing look. The muffler assembly has been optimized to produce the best performance to meet EC/ECE-type approval without compromising the improved and sporty sound. The carbon-fiber heat shield and end cap give the exhaust extra visual appeal. Simple plug-and-play installation, without any need for other parts or re-mapping.Please notice the heat shield must be ordered separately.
The Track Day silencer for the Yamaha YZF-R1 has been specifically designed for use on race tracks where lower noise levels are required. Made from race-proven materials – titanium for the housing and carbon for the end cap, silencer bracket, and clamp. The slip-on connection must be combined either with the connecting pipe L-Y10SO11T/TD for mounting on standard collector systems or with the connecting pipe L-Y10E5/TD for mounting on the collector set of the Evolution Line kit S-Y10E3-APT, the Evolution Line S-Y10E6-APT, or the Racing Line S-Y10R15-APLT (the collector and the headers with the corresponding mounting materials such as flanges, springs, inner sleeves, and lambda plugs – see the circuit diagrams of the mentioned systems).Information on volume can be found in the product description of the link pipes.Ordering the installation kit P-MBY10E2, including silencer bracket and clamp, is mandatory.THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE EMISSION STANDARDS REQUIRED FOR ROAD USE.
The Slip-On Line exhaust system, made from high-quality titanium and type-approved, ensures increased performance across the entire RPM range. Due to the use of motorsport-tested materials, the weight is reduced. Handling and agility are also improved.
Beautifully designed, fully EC/ECE-approved exhaust system featuring a silencer housing made of black-painted titanium with the engraved Akrapovič logo. A link pipe made of stainless steel and a handcrafted carbon end cap complete the system, providing a sporty look that complements the futuristic lines of this "urban superbike." The excellent throttle response and a weight saving of 35.6% (1.8 kg) compared to the stock system contribute to the performance of the exhaust system. It delivers a power increase of 0.7 kW (1.0 HP) at 10,200 RPM and a torque increase of 0.7 Nm at 10,200 RPM, each measured on the Akrapovič test bench compared to a Dragster 200cc with a stock exhaust system. The system performs as well as it looks and sounds. It is easy to install, with no reprogramming required. An optional carbon heat shield is available for the finishing touch. The catalyst is included in the product, and the EU/ECE type approval is only valid with the installed catalyst.
Optional titanium link pipe for mounting the Track Day Muffler with stock headers.Static noise level for stock headers + Slip-On Track Day link pipe/collector + Track Day Muffler is 97.4 dB @ 5500 rpm.For perfect performance, throttle response, and durability, ECU remapping is recommended.THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET EMISSION COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR STREET OR HIGHWAY USE.
This product has been developed and manufactured using race-proven materials. It features a high-quality, lightweight titanium silencer, a stainless steel connecting pipe, and a carbon end cap. Particularly in the mid to high RPM range, it offers significant performance increases, with a gain of 1.0 kW (1.4 HP) at 7,600 RPM and a torque increase of 1.0 Nm at 7,500 RPM. These improvements were tested on the Akrapovič test bench compared to a standard Honda CBR600RR. Lightweight materials contribute to a weight reduction of 35.9% (1.6 kg) compared to the stock system. Special attention was paid to the responsiveness and handling during development. The sound profile delivers a deep and sporty tone. The installation of this exhaust system is straightforward and requires no additional mapping, as only a plug-and-play installation is needed. It fully complies with the EU/ECE type approval (Euro5+). The exhaust system is compatible with the original Honda soft luggage.Another upgrade for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system is possible with the optional header (SS). The installation of the optional header (SS), designed for racetracks, means that the EU/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.

Optional headers for improved torque and higher performance, especially from the mid-range RPM, are available. When passenger footpegs are removed, an optional silencer holder made of aluminum or carbon is required. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET EMISSION STANDARDS FOR ROAD USE.
This product, made from lightweight titanium, was developed in close collaboration with the racing department of Akrapovič. The complete exhaust system is 29.8% (1.3 kg) lighter than the stock system and features headers with an integrated resonance chamber and a stamped Akrapovič logo. The latest technology has been inspired by Akrapovič's extensive commitment to motorsport. A special method was used to stamp the logo onto the outer sleeve of the silencer, making it now larger and appearing in a white-red color combination. This technology increases the temperature threshold, improves durability, and extends the product's lifespan, even under the most extreme conditions. Compared to a stock exhaust system tested on the Akrapovič test bench, power and torque have increased by 1.9 kW (2.6 hp) at 7,500 rpm and 2.5 Nm at 7,600 rpm. This product is intended for use on closed racetracks only. The exhaust system meets current FIM noise limits and delivers a deep racing sound. No re-mapping is required, and the Evolution Line (Titanium) fits both the Kawasaki KX450 and KX450X with a simple plug-and-play installation.
The optional noise damper fits on S-K10SO28-ASZTBL - Slip-On Line (Titanium) for Kawasaki ZX-10RR 2021 and also on S-K10SO29-ASZTBL - Slip-On Line (Titanium) for Kawasaki Z H2 2020-2021.
The optional silencer fits the S-K10SO17-ASZ Slip-OnLine (Titanium).
