This product has been developed and manufactured using race-proven materials. It features a high-quality, lightweight titanium silencer, a stainless steel connecting pipe, and a carbon end cap. Particularly in the mid to high RPM range, it offers significant performance increases, with a gain of 1.0 kW (1.4 HP) at 7,600 RPM and a torque increase of 1.0 Nm at 7,500 RPM. These improvements were tested on the Akrapovič test bench compared to a standard Honda CBR600RR. Lightweight materials contribute to a weight reduction of 35.9% (1.6 kg) compared to the stock system. Special attention was paid to the responsiveness and handling during development. The sound profile delivers a deep and sporty tone. The installation of this exhaust system is straightforward and requires no additional mapping, as only a plug-and-play installation is needed. It fully complies with the EU/ECE type approval (Euro5+). The exhaust system is compatible with the original Honda soft luggage.
Another upgrade for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system is possible with the optional header (SS). The installation of the optional header (SS), designed for racetracks, means that the EU/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.
