The tank/airbox cover in carbon for the BMW F 800 R (2009-2014) / S (2006-now) / ST (2006-now) / GT (2012-now) greatly highlights the sporty look of the motorcycle. The tank fairing for the BMW Racing models beginning from 2019 is made as a single piece and reaches till the seat. It protects the fuel tank and is mounted with only 5 screws and can be taken off within seconds. This part is a protective carbon piece and is mounted directly on top of the original component. For the mounting only original screwpoints are used. p>   In order to obtain a harmonious overall picture. the fiber layers are inserted and aligned in the mold by experts. With the same volume. it has a specific stiffness three times as high as steel and at the same time. due to its particularly low density. only a fraction of its weight.  In order to optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences. we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear varnish. This ensures a previously unattainable and unique depth effect. which allows the high quality of the material to come into its own.
