Bridgestone employs advanced NanoPro-Tech™ technology in the front tire, which increases the silica content at the molecular level in the rubber compound. This not only improves the flexibility of the rubber but also enhances grip on various surfaces as well as in wet and low-temperature conditions. The rear tire features a 3LC rubber compound with a cap-and-base structure: the softer outer rubber compound provides outstanding grip, while the inner compound is more stable and gives the tire optimal stiffness. The tread pattern of the T31 has a higher number of grooves in the shoulder area, allowing for better water drainage. In the central area of the rear tire, there are only a few grooves. This guarantees stability, especially at high speeds. Bridgestone setzt beim Vorderreifen die fortschrittliche NanoPro-Tech™-Technologie ein, die fu¨r einen erhöhten Silica-Anteil auf molekularer Ebene in der Gummimischung sorgt. Damit verbessert sich nicht nur die Flexibilität des Gummis, auch die Haftung auf unterschiedlichsten Oberflächen sowie bei Nässe und niedrigen Temperaturen steigt.
Beim Hinterreifen kommt eine 3LC Gummimischung mit einer Cap- and Base-Struktur zum Tragen: Die weichere äußere Gummimischung verleiht herausragende Haftung, die innere Mischung ist stabiler und gibt dem Reifen optimale Steifigkeit.
Das Laufflächenprofil des T31 ist im Schulterbereich mit einer höheren Anzahl an Profilrillen versehen, wodurch Wasser besser abgeleitet werden kann. Prepreg. a pre-impregnated carbon fabric. is characterized by an even resin distribution with a simultaneously high fiber volume content. This leads to maximum strength and increases the flexibility of the components. Processing in the autoclave. a high-pressure oven that operates under controlled temperature and pressure conditions. ensures perfect. uniform curing and a flawless surface. This method prevents air inclusions in the material and ensures consistently high quality of the parts.
Our carbon parts are laminated by hand with great experience and care. allowing for consistent fiber alignment without distortion. After curing in the autoclave. the edges of the parts are precisely cut by robot to ensure a perfect fit and highest quality.
A globally unique step in Ilmberger's production is the complete plastic powder coating of all carbon parts. This coating not only protects the parts from environmental influences but also gives them an incomparable depth effect. No other carbon manufacturer offers this type of sealing. which prevents the aging of the parts and significantly extends their lifespan. Therefore, we have manufactured a reinforced clutch lever from high-strength aluminum. We have increased the material thickness by about 30%. During the next transmission repair or clutch replacement, this lever can replace the original, reducing a critical point on your motorcycle. Scope of delivery:
1 x CPC coupling nut part plastic with shut-off, 3/8" NPT thread, FKM seal
1 x CPC angled connector brass chrome-plated with shut-off, 3/8" hose nozzle, FKM seal
Attention important notes:CPC recommends for tapered threads:Teflon tape or liquid sealant for thread sealing!Tighten the coupling by hand and then tighten it with a wrench for a maximum of 1 – 2 more turns!Never fully screw in the thread!With tapered threads, only the first three threads seal anyway!
During transport, the release pins on couplings with thumb buttons are often touched.As a result, the thumb button is in the upper position, partially covering the opening.Please make sure to bring the thumb button to the lower position before connecting the plug!
