This concept also provides the case with a significant increase in stiffness. Furthermore, an integrated, extra generously sized sealing tape ensures optimal sealing of the seam. The same applies to the specially shaped profile that forms the upper closure of the case body. It stiffens the case and, with the integrated sealing lip that fits snugly into the profile of the lid, ensures a weatherproof closure. These not only allow for complete removal of the lid but can also serve as hinges, allowing the case lid to open either forward or backward as needed.
