EBC Standard Semi-Sintered Metal Brake Pads (V-Series) The EBC Standard Semi-Sintered Metal Brake Pads (V-Series) are organic aramid brake pads with a 30% copper content, designed for cruisers, big twins, and touring bikes. These pads are 6 times stronger than steel and are completely asbestos-free. The medium to high friction coefficient ensures strong braking power across a wide temperature range. The high braking force results in minimal wear on both the brake pad and the brake disc. EBC Standard Semi-Sintered Metal Brake Pads (V-Series) are TÜV certified and come with an ABE!

EBC Brake Pads Standard The EBC version SK930/ SK931/ SK932/ SK933/ SK934 contains aramid fibers that are 6 times stronger than steel and completely asbestos-free. Only low-emission components are used in production. These standard materials exceed all previous EBC standard qualities. The material mixtures, including the aramid fibers, guarantee better braking performance. High friction stability and very good temperature resistance. The lifespan is very high, and the disc wear is low. These qualities maintain their excellent properties under all weather conditions. EBC standard brake pads are TÜV certified and have an ABE.

Bremsscheiben EBC. MADE IN UK. Ziel bei der Entwicklung ist die Verbesserung des Bremsverhaltens gegenüber der Originalbremsscheibe. EBC verwendet HPSR Stahl mit einem niedrigen Kohlenstoffgehalt, der einen um 18% höheren Reibbeiwert besitzt. Dieser Stahl ist wesentlich widerstandsfähiger gegen Rost als Gussstahl. Zusätzlich ist die gesamte Oberfläche mit einer 3 Mikron dicken Zinkschicht geschützt, die sich im Bereich der Bremsbelagkontaktzone schon beim Einbremsen abschleift. Lediglich in diesem Bereich kann sich leichter Flugrost bei längerer Standzeit bilden. Die Bremsscheiben sind im Vogelschwingendesign gebohrt, um mit so wenig Bohrungen wie möglich bei gleichzeitig optimierter Reinigung der Bremsscheibe von Regenwasser und Bremsstaub auszukommen. All brake discs come with an ABE, also for scooters. The discs are low-wear and have a lifespan up to 30% longer compared to some comparable replacement parts. All variants: Allround, RAC, and EC-offroad discs are made from extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel. The precise surface grinding (thickness deviation of 2/100mm) prevents vibrations and improves the fit of the pads. A uniform temperature rise and fall allows for a constant pressure point.
