The adapter in its basic form fits 98% of all motorcycle models.Its adjustability is complemented by a universal adapter for 40 mm lowering. It can be adjusted in increments of 4°. Generally, the basic adapter can be mounted either upwards or downwards. This allows you to achieve a natural ergonomics and a healthier sitting position. The optimal leg angle is 90°. When the leg angle is bent, the blood vessels also bend, resulting in insufficient oxygen supply to the leg, which can lead to the dreaded varicose veins.After installation, the adapters can be adjusted so that the footpeg is positioned vertically downwards, keeping the distance to the shift and brake lever relatively constant.MV thus complements its existing program and simultaneously replaces the rigid and expensive adapters. If needed, you can also order a brake lever or a shift lever cap for your BMW. The brake lever cap does not fit the F800R.Please note that on newer BMW models, nothing can be adjusted on the brake side anymore. However, you will quickly get used to the changed foot position, just as you do in a car.Please consider that lowering the footpeg also means less lean angle. Our recommendation: If you also have problems with slipping off the smooth peg while riding, you can change the peg and instead install the pegs with rubber pads from the F800S. An additional effect is that the vibrations of the peg are significantly decoupled. However, a disadvantage is that the peg is 15 mm longer.The advantage of these adapters is that the original footpeg is retained.

However, different arm lengths do too. There are some "lucky" ones among us who simply sit on the motorcycle and say: "That fits!". Many, however, wish for the handlebars to be a little closer or perhaps a bit higher.Every motorcyclist knows the tension in the body and neck area, and the numbness of the hands, leading to the loss of feeling in the entire arm, caused by tense arm positions during longer rides. We have now solved this problem for motorcycles with tubular handlebars.With the new development, no wish for adjustability remains unfulfilled. A full 70 mm closer - higher or further adjustment range is now available.This allows you to achieve a natural ergonomics for a healthier sitting position.With adjustment times of only about 2 minutes, the handlebar can be quickly adapted to the respective tour. A highway ride with a high handlebar position followed by a sporty twisty ride in the mountains is now no longer an obstacle.The adapters are equipped with a milled knurling on the holding pin. Due to numerous requests from you, we have searched for a solution to a common problem and developed this improved clutch release lever. It is mounted on the back of the transmission and accommodates the clutch cable.
Never again should your tour abruptly end somewhere in the middle of nowhere. The clutch release levers often break at the bottom of the transmission. Original spare parts are often unavailable. Therefore, we have manufactured a reinforced clutch lever from high-strength aluminum. We have increased the material thickness by about 30%. During the next transmission repair or clutch replacement, this lever can replace the original, reducing a critical point on your motorcycle. Alternatively, you can take it as a spare part (emergency tool) on your travels for emergencies. We have already saved some of you on vacation, trips, or tours with a DHL Express delivery. Attention important notes:CPC recommends for tapered threads:Teflon tape or liquid sealant for thread sealing!Tighten the coupling by hand and then tighten it with a wrench for a maximum of 1 – 2 more turns!Never fully screw in the thread!With tapered threads, only the first three threads seal anyway!
During transport, the release pins on couplings with thumb buttons are often touched.As a result, the thumb button is in the upper position, partially covering the opening.Please make sure to bring the thumb button to the lower position before connecting the plug!
