Tatsächlich verbessert die spezielle Formgebung der Brembo-Scheiben durch eine sorgfältige Untersuchung der Bearbeitungstoleranzen die Übertragung des Bremsmoments und bietet gleichzeitig eine verbesserte Resistenz gegen mechanische und thermische Belastungen.

The fixed discs of the Brembo Oro series are made from a single casting of stainless steel. The manufacturing process adheres to strict tolerances regarding design and construction. Through the machining cycles, maximum suitability and roundness reliability are ensured.   Due to its extensive experience, Brembo has been able to determine the appropriate shapes, tolerances, and sizes for every type of motorcycle and application. All brake discs come with an ABE, also for scooters.   The discs are low-wear and have a lifespan up to 30% longer compared to some comparable replacement parts.   All variants: Allround, RAC, and EC-offroad discs are made from extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel.   The precise surface grinding (thickness deviation of 2/100mm) prevents vibrations and improves the fit of the pads.   A uniform temperature rise and fall allows for a constant pressure point.     A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion. Laser technology enables a lightweight design with fine contours.   Each brake disc can be individually paired with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
