Perfectly suitable for INOX or EBC Pro-Lite brake discs. Brake pads are also optimal for cast brake discs. Double - H brake pads are TÜV certified and have an ABE.

EBC Brake Pads Standard The EBC version SK930/ SK931/ SK932/ SK933/ SK934 contains aramid fibers that are 6 times stronger than steel and completely asbestos-free. Only low-emission components are used in production. These standard materials exceed all previous EBC standard qualities. The material mixtures, including the aramid fibers, guarantee better braking performance. High friction stability and very good temperature resistance. The lifespan is very high, and the disc wear is low. These qualities maintain their excellent properties under all weather conditions. EBC standard brake pads are TÜV certified and have an ABE.

EBC Standard Semi-Sintered Metal Brake Pads (V-Series) The EBC Standard Semi-Sintered Metal Brake Pads (V-Series) are organic aramid brake pads with a 30% copper content, designed for cruisers, big twins, and touring bikes. These pads are 6 times stronger than steel and are completely asbestos-free. The medium to high friction coefficient ensures strong braking power across a wide temperature range. The high braking force results in minimal wear on both the brake pad and the brake disc. EBC Standard Semi-Sintered Metal Brake Pads (V-Series) are TÜV certified and come with an ABE!

Die Festscheiben der Brembo Oro-Serie werden in einem Guss aus Edelstahl hergestellt.Die Fertigung entspricht hierbei den strengen Toleranzen im Bezug auf die Konstruktions- und Bauart.Durch die Bearbeitungszyklen wird eine maximale Eignung und Rundlaufsicherheit gewährleistet. Brembo konnte aufgrund seiner umfangreichen Erfahrung die geeigneten Formen, Toleranzen und Größen für jeden Motorradtyp und Einsatz bestimmen. Tatsächlich verbessert die spezielle Formgebung der Brembo-Scheiben durch eine sorgfältige Untersuchung der Bearbeitungstoleranzen die Übertragung des Bremsmoments und bietet gleichzeitig eine verbesserte Resistenz gegen mechanische und thermische Belastungen.

Alle Bremsscheiben verfügen über eine ABE, auch für Roller. Die Scheiben sind verschleissarm und haben eine bis zu 30% längere Lebensdauer gegenüber einigen vergleichbaren Ersatzteilen. Alle Varianten: Allround, RAC und EC-offroad Scheiben, bestehen aus extrem formbeständigem und gehärtetem Stahl. Der präzise Oberflächenschliff (Stärkenabweichung von 2/100mm) vermeidet Vibrationen und verbessert die Anpassung der Beläge. Ein gleichmäßiger Temperaturauf- und -abbau ermöglicht einen konstanten Druckpunkt. The fixed discs of the Brembo Oro series are made from a single casting of stainless steel. The manufacturing process adheres to strict tolerances regarding design and construction. Through the machining cycles, maximum suitability and roundness reliability are ensured.   Due to its extensive experience, Brembo has been able to determine the appropriate shapes, tolerances, and sizes for every type of motorcycle and application.
