The JT Sprockets manufacturing facility is today the largest and most modern production site for sprockets and chainwheels worldwide, equipped among other things with the latest generation of CNC manufacturing machines. JT Sprockets produces the entire range of sprockets and chainwheels for the aftermarket and original equipment.   Every sprocket and chainwheel goes through 25 production stages and is subjected to more than ten individual quality checks to successfully leave the production line.   JT Sprockets manufactures in the right way: through turning, milling, and drilling! This is the only way to achieve the highest quality with the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile.
