Sehr robuste Konstruktion mit Querstrebe übersteht auch harte Einsätze und passt elegant in die Gesamtoptik.ZEGA Pro Koffer:In modernem Design und auf dem höchsten Stand der Technik, ist unseren Entwicklern mit dem ZEGA Pro ein Meisterstück gelungen.Leicht und doch stabil konstruiert, ist der mit 31, 38 und 45 Litern Inhalt verfügbare Koffer komplett aus 1,5 mm starkem Aluminium gefertigt - wasserdicht, staubdicht und extrem hochwertig verarbeitet.Mit einer einfachen Kunststoffkonstruktion, die nur der Optik wegen mit Aluformteilen aufgepeppt wird, wollen wir uns nicht zufrieden geben!Deckel und Boden des ZEGA Pro sind geschweißt, wodurch eine maximale Verbindungssteifigkeit erreicht wird, Boden und Mantelteil hochwertig vernietet (keine preiswerten Popnieten). Schweißnähte an den Kanten, die häufig zu Undichtigkeit führen, sucht man hier vergebens. Eine hochwertige Silikondichtung sorgt dafür, dass der Inhalt dieser Koffer bestmöglich geschützt bleibt.Die äußerst robuste Schutzleiste am Korpus ist verschraubt und kann daher - zum Beispiel nach einem Sturz - einfach ausgetauscht und ersetzt werden. Gleiches gilt für die stabilen Schutzecken am Kofferdeckel, der komplett abgenommen oder nur von einer Seite geöffnet werden kann; die Verschlüsse dienen dabei als Scharnier.Der ZEGA Pro besticht nicht nur durch Technik und Verarbeitung, sondern auch durch viele clevere Detaillösungen und ein modernes, geschütztes Design, wobei die abgerundete Außenform ein echter Hingucker ist. So kann zum Beispiel der Kofferdeckel mit einem genialen Griff nachgerüstet werden. Die vier Befestigungsösen ragen nicht wesentlich über die Kofferflächen hinaus, sodass es sich auch bequem auf dem guten Stück sitzen lässt.Das einfache Öffnen auch bei Verwendung einer Gepäckrolle sowie das umfangreiche Sonderzubehör, das wir für den ZEGA Pro anbieten, sind weitere Pluspunkte.
