Experience and expertise cannot be replaced by the following installation instructions. Please ensure a safe stand for your motorcycle before starting work on your vehicle. This product may only be used for the motorcycle type mentioned and listed on the usage list. Do not attempt to install this product on another motorcycle type, another manufacturer, model, or year of manufacture. Always use the manufacturer's torque specifications. Check and ensure that the lowering kit does not come into contact with other parts of the motorcycle. The kit must not touch anything. The spring movements must not be affected by the installation of the kit. If the spring movements are affected, adjust the position of the restricting components (e.g., luggage rack) so that the movement is no longer affected. Please do not forget to check the screws again. It is generally necessary to adjust the operating weight to the conditions. Please pay attention to the rider's weight and the correct spring rate. In general, the original springs are designed by most manufacturers for a rider weight of 85 kg. With our lowering kit, the compression travel is limited. Failure to consider the spring rate in conjunction with the total weight may result in the rear wheel contacting the inner fender.

The Dual Injector offers several advantages, as the Scorpion Dual Injector is mounted using a flexible multi-dispenser plate and can thus be individually adhered to all swingarm shapes. Optionally, the injector can also be directly screwed onto chain guides, swingarms, and much more. The robust and shock-absorbing plastic reinforcement around both nozzles inevitably directs every drop of oil to the chain / sprocket. Electronic Scottoiler Chain Lubrication System   The e-System V3.1 is an automatic chain lubrication device with precise electronic control. It is quick to install and easy to use. The cables are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the battery and the REP (reservoir with pump unit), and the device is fixed to the motorcycle. Then you are ready to go.   The new display of version 3.1 is intuitive to operate and offers a variety of settings and information. It shows, among other things:   - the outside temperature - the oil drip rate - the oil level in the reservoir (also programmable with an additional reservoir)   The integrated electronics in the e-System come from Moto GP technology, where a triaxial accelerometer registers the movement of the motorcycle. Additionally, the system detects whether the motorcycle's engine is running. The system only activates when both conditions are met.   The chain is lubricated only while riding. With a standby power consumption of less than 200 mA, battery discharge is not an issue. The REP oil reservoir has a capacity of 60 ml of Scottoil and is sufficient for a riding distance of up to 1530 km. It is no larger than the well-known RMV container of the universal kit. The eSystem operates independently of temperature and can be adjusted with the push of a button even while riding. Of course, the Scottoiler e-System is compatible with the Scottoiler Dual Injector and additional reservoirs.The e-System is delivered with a bottle of green biodegradable Scottoil for the entire temperature range of 0 - 40°C.    

The Scottoiler Micro V Essentials Kit includes all the necessary mounting components.The special feature is the small tank with a capacity of only 35ml, which allows for installation on very small vehicles or under tight fairing parts.This amount of oil enables efficient chain lubrication for approximately 1,200km.To allow the customer to choose the right oil for them, this kit is delivered without oil.

An automatic chain lubrication system that is controlled by vacuum. The lifespan of the chain is increased by up to 7 times. The chain becomes virtually maintenance-free, and the maintenance effort is significantly reduced.   The v-System is easy to install and can be mounted on almost any model. The optimized system performs well in both summer and winter conditions. The dispensing unit can be reliably screwed on or glued under the swingarm with the Omega holder. The standard reservoir lasts for over 1000 km, depending on the setting.   How does the Scottoiler work? The Scottoiler v-System is vacuum-controlled. When the engine is running, a vacuum is created. This lifts a membrane, which in turn opens the valve. While the valve is open, oil flows by gravity through the delivery hose to the chain, over the rear sprocket. The amount of oil is regulated by the valve setting.
