Continuous EVOLUTION - under this motto, we have further developed our ZEGA luggage systems, and thus the name of our latest aluminum case was quickly established. The ZEGA Evo combines the proven robustness of tens of thousands with extra comfortable handling - not least thanks to a completely new mounting system.

The case as part of the luggage system:
The ZEGA Evo was not developed as an isolated product, like all cases from Touratech before it, but is designed from the outset as part of a luggage system. The outstanding practical benefits are the result of the unique combination of a beautifully designed yet indestructible case, a brilliant mounting mechanism, and a rugged carrier made of 18 mm thick stainless steel tubes. Matching inner bags and practical accessory holders complete the luggage system (available as an option).

Practical benefits and user-friendliness:
The ZEGA Evo offers even easier hanging than the ZEGA Pro2 while maintaining absolute stability - even in tough off-road use! It combines optimal ergonomics and absolute comfort without sacrificing reliability.

In the new lid closures, we have retained the popular hinge function. The lid can be opened from both sides or completely removed. The lid and bottom of the case are manufactured using modern deep-drawing processes, eliminating unsightly weld seams.

The stable connection between the housing and bottom is ensured by high-quality, waterproof special rivets. The lid has a groove-spring profile with an integrated silicone seal that guarantees a waterproof closure. The newly developed ventilation relieves pressure in the case during altitude changes. This means you can open a case closed in the valley even on the highest mountain pass. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is also made from established 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

The ZEGA Evo comes equipped with practical accessory mounting pins. This allows you to easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without drilling holes in your new case. As with the previous versions, the proven tie-down eyes are standardly installed on the lid to securely attach special case lid bags or other items to your ZEGA Evo. The case is easy to transport thanks to the carrying handle.

Whether silver or black anodized, the new ZEGA Evo once again sets the standard for high-quality luggage solutions in terms of design. The rounded, newly designed plastic corners are not just decorative elements. In the event of an accident, they protect both the case and the rider from injuries.

Newly developed mounting system:
The core element of the ZEGA Evo is a completely newly developed and constructed mounting system on the luggage carrier that combines easy handling with stable hold. The case remains securely attached to the motorcycle even under very high forces. The operation for hanging is super simple, the locking mechanism is equipped with a safety lock even without locking, and handling is easy even with the thickest gloves. Simply slide the hooks onto the carrier and press the tension lever down until it clicks into place. The case can be additionally secured against theft with a lock on the carrier. To remove it, simply pull on the tension lever and lift the case off the carrier. The mechanics work even under demanding conditions such as dirt, sand, mud, etc.

Our luggage carriers are made from robust and rust-free 18 mm stainless steel round tubes, ensuring particularly high stability even off the beaten path. An additional cross brace provides more stability, making the luggage system suitable for tough off-road use. Since the luggage carrier uses existing mounting points, installation is easy.

Of course, we have considered that the luggage carrier is just as practical for world travel as it is for everyday use. Therefore, we have ensured absolute passenger suitability.
