Its friction surfaces are produced using a sintering process from a specially formulated mixture of metal powders. They feature an extremely grippy, highly wear-resistant surface and are precisely shaped with tight tolerances. Rivets are not used. The friction surfaces are firmly bonded to the disc through the sintering process. This results in perfect geometry and optimal thickness of the pads.

The material of the friction surfaces has already proven itself many times in international motorsport. It has a friction value approximately 40% higher than organic products and delivers performance precisely.
