The new 50S offers a premium audio experience with SOUND BY Harman Kardon. The speakers and microphone were developed in collaboration with the audio experts at Harman Kardon to guarantee top-notch sound for one of the most popular Sena devices. The new microphone with a state-of-the-art sensor ensures optimal performance during voice transmission while riding, and the new speakers guarantee significantly improved sound quality.

MESH: THE NEW STANDARD
The mesh technology of the 50S offers a new level of robust, reliable connections and a self-optimizing, flexible forwarding of intercom messages thanks to significant technical improvements to the original Sena Mesh Intercom™ algorithm. With astonishing speed, the individual mesh units actively exchange information, ensuring that 80% more data is transmitted through the sophisticated system of prompts and responses between the mesh units. Furthermore, the mesh devices continuously determine the optimal transmission path for efficient communication between riders.

MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATION AND PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS
The 50S offers not just one, but three different communication modes: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom™, Group Mesh Intercom™, and Bluetooth Intercom.

Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) offers the industry's first mesh intercom™ multi-channel system. Similar to CB radios, the 50S allows switching between nine different channels while in Open Mesh mode. A single button press is all it takes to connect to the mesh network, allowing for a connection to an almost unlimited number of users within a range of up to 8km (minimum 6 riders at intervals of 1.6 km)! With this fast and easy connection method, the enormous number of participants, impressive range, and nine-channel functionality, the Open Mesh Intercom mode of the 50S certainly provides immense added value for large groups.

If private group communication is preferred, simply switch to the Group Mesh Intercom mode, which allows for the formation of a private group with up to 24 participants and the same impressive range as in Open Mesh mode. To ensure privacy, only invited users can join the group chat. Whichever of the two Mesh Intercom™ modes you choose: you enjoy stable reliability in Sena's mesh network.

The classic four-way Bluetooth intercom system is still an option to connect the 50C with other Sena Bluetooth users. The 50C can even act as a bridge between the mesh network and Bluetooth headset, incorporating it into the mesh conversation.

CONTROL WITH VOICE COMMANDS
To operate your 50S, you don't even need to lift a finger. Voice commands give you control over the device's functions, such as answering a phone call or starting a group mesh session. Voice commands are available in eight languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian.

But what if you run out of gas? "Hey Google, directions to the nearest gas station." With a simple voice command, the 50S can connect with the digital assistants from Google and Apple, allowing for full use of your smartphone, including GPS navigation, music playback, voice dialing, and a variety of other options. Want to know where the nearest pizzeria is? Need to find a hotel for the night? Play your favorite playlist? - All you have to ask is "Hey Siri" or "Hey Google"! -

FAST CHARGING AND AUTOMATIC UPDATES WITH THE SENA WIFI ADAPTER
The 50S features a high energy density battery that charges 30% faster compared to its predecessor. The headset is fully charged in just one hour and allows for up to nine hours of talk time in mesh intercom mode or up to 14 hours in Bluetooth intercom mode. Fast charging provides up to 3.5 hours of mesh communication or 6 hours of Bluetooth communication after just 20 minutes of charging.

The included WiFi adapter ensures your device is always charged and can even be programmed to automatically install available firmware updates on the device. Simply connect the adapter to your Wi-Fi network, set it up once, and it will be able to detect and install updates when the headset is connected. It has never been easier to keep your Sena headset up to date!

CONTROL AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON WITH THE SENA MOTORCYCLES APP
The new Sena Motorcycles App offers users the ability to visually configure the settings of their 50S. Download the app to customize the settings and functions of your 50S, such as managing the channel settings for Open Mesh or setting up a private group for Group Mesh. The Sena Motorcycles App can be easily downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
