Despite its basic, function-focused approach, the Blackwater 2 H2O is an evolution of the motorcycle smock jacket concept, featuring a laminated, waterproof hydratex membrane, high abrasion resistance from Cordura® Ripstop, and PWR|Shell Stretch Ripstop, ensuring comfort and elasticity.
Ready for pure-bred adventures
While the exterior clearly indicates that this is a pure off-road adventure jacket, the Blackwater 2 H2O is equipped with SEESMART CE-Level 1 protectors at the shoulders and elbows, as well as a pocket that can accommodate an optional SEESOFT CE-Level 2 back protector. When it's time for serious off-road adventures, the Blackwater 2 H2O can be worn over the Proteus protector jacket. Just make sure to remove the standard protectors beforehand to ensure everything fits securely and comfortably.

Under this garment, you can wear our REV'IT! Avertum Tech-Air® Airbag or a Tech5 Airbag if you purchase it one size larger than your normal size. If you want to wear a garment labeled as "Ready for Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system," you must ensure that the garment can accommodate the expansion of the airbag. Therefore, we recommend following the fitting guide below: 1. Measure your chest circumference and divide the value by two. 2. Measure the garment flat at the chest line. 3. If the difference between point 1 and point 2 is twelve centimeters or more, the garment is suitable for wearing over the airbag. Note: Please ensure that you purchase the garment in the correct size so that the shoulder and elbow protectors fit properly and provide optimal protection in the event of an accident. To allow for the expansion of the airbag, you can remove all separate layers (thermal lining, waterproof lining) that may restrict the airbag's expansion in the event of a fall. Remove the separate back protector in your jacket, if present, when wearing the airbag (a back protector is included in the airbag) and set all adjustment straps on the body to the widest position.
