Developed by motorcyclists for motorcyclists, the Rambler PRO is designed for both light touring and demanding expeditions. Thanks to the combination of Gore-Tex Pro membrane, unique ventilation openings, and an AAA certification, you are well-prepared for any road trip. The high material quality combined with a sophisticated construction ensures an extremely wide range of applications.

Based on feedback from our customers, our own experiences, and the expertise of our partner REV’IT!, Touratech developed an outstandingly ventilated and AAA-certified 3-layer laminate suit, where functionality and comfort are prioritized alongside design. You will feel comfortable while being able to ride safely in temperatures ranging from near-freezing to tropical conditions.

Climate Regulation

Ventilation: Equipped with REV’IT!’s patented VCS AQUADEFENSE ventilation system, it is easy to regulate your body temperature even while riding. When needed, flap openings at the chest and thighs allow air to flow through the three-dimensional BALLISTIC MESH fabric. The flaps remain open thanks to the FIDLOCK magnetic closure.

The jacket features the VCS front ventilation (Ventilation Control System) with a large, 3 cm wide BALLISTIC MESH opening that allows air to flow over the entire upper body. With its double zipper, the mesh panel can be quickly closed when it gets cold or rainy. Waterproofing is guaranteed by the main zipper of the jacket, an original TIZIP zipper.

To maximize airflow throughout the suit, additional ventilation openings are located on the upper arms, forearms, back, and both the front and back of the legs.

Lining: Both the pants and jacket come with a removable mid-layer. This allows the suit to be used in a wide temperature range. The removable inner jacket is a windproof thermal functional jacket that can also be used as a casual jacket. It features two side pockets and one chest pocket.

Waterproofing

Waterproof Membrane: The Compañero Rambler PRO is a completely waterproof, breathable all-season adventure suit made from the highest quality Gore-Tex Pro 3-layer laminate. The membrane is laminated between the durable outer layer and a robust inner material. For ultimate waterproofing, the membrane has an incredible water column of 28,000 millimeters, preventing the material from becoming soaked. Water remains solely on the surface, which speeds up drying, reduces cooling from unwanted evaporation, and allows water droplets to be blown away by the wind.

Storm Collar: For bad weather conditions, the removable storm collar is always at hand. Thanks to the Gore-Tex Pro 3-layer laminate, it is, like the jacket it zips into, waterproof and windproof. Its neoprene collar edge makes it soft against the skin, and the magnetic closure allows for easy adjustment and handling. It can be operated with just one hand, even while riding.

Ergonomics and Fit

Comfortable Cut: The entire suit offers plenty of freedom of movement while meeting the AAA test requirements for protective clothing. This keeps you fit and focused while riding. The sporty cut is complemented by stretch zones at the knees, waist, and seat. This ensures a comfortable fit, additional freedom of movement, and further increases riding comfort. The various adjustment straps at the right places for the waist, back, calves, and forearms can be individually adjusted. They are easy to set and release.

Details: The thoughtful details of this jacket, such as the zippers on the jacket sleeves, make it easier to put on and take off the jacket. The zippers at the side hem of the jacket allow for maximum freedom of movement and comfort while sitting on the motorcycle. The jacket can be attached to the pants with a large zipper. A smaller zipper in the lower back area of the pants allows for the attachment of suspenders. The integrated, removable kidney belt stabilizes and supports the lower back, can be removed when not in use, and stored invisibly in the lining of the jacket. Extra detail: The kidney belt hides a small zippered pocket for securely storing credit cards or cash.

Safety

AAA Certification: To achieve the highest safety standard for motorcycle clothing, our partner REV’IT! has developed a unique construction that incorporates technologies such as the PWR Shield. This is a special knitting technique that significantly improves the abrasion and impact resistance of the suit. The seams also play a significant role in the durability of motorcycle clothing in the event of a fall, and are therefore also part of the testing.

The areas particularly stressed in a fall are reinforced with ARMACOR material, an extremely tear and abrasion-resistant synthetic fiber material from GORE, reinforced with KEVLAR threads. The stretch inserts are also equipped with a large amount of KEVLAR, providing protection for the rider even in these flexible areas.

Protectors: The complete protector set of the Rambler Pro consists of back, shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee protectors. All protectors are tested and certified. To ensure your individual protection, elbow and knee protectors can be height-adjusted, so they fit perfectly even with fully opened ventilation openings. The back protector is located in a pocket made of open-pore 3D mesh, improving moisture wicking and thus breathability and ventilation.

Visibility: The 3M SCOTCHLITE reflective material on the collar, back, arms, and side legs reflects light back to the light source thanks to its extremely high reflection rate, significantly improving visibility in twilight and darkness.

SEESOFT AIR for the back

The impact-resistant blend of multi-layer nitrile polymers and polyisoprene rubber for the flexible use of the back protector creates a memory foam. This can withstand multiple impacts in succession without compromising comfort, ventilation, or freedom of movement. In the event of a severe impact, the impact energy is distributed through the deformation of the individual layers of the memory foam. This minimizes the force applied to the back and spine. SEESOFT Air allows for more air circulation and water evaporation.

SEEFLEX for knees, elbows, and shoulders

The SEEFLEX™ concept is a unique new technology made from high-tech materials and innovative construction. It provides the protectors with protection, flexibility, and breathability, passing the toughest impact tests according to EN1621-1:2012 CE Level 2 under all circumstances and at all temperatures.

SEESMART for the hips

SEESMART™ protectors adapt to the human anatomy due to their flat design, expand upon impact, and absorb energy through the many hexagonal nodules. They offer maximum flexibility and pass all impact tests according to EN1621-1:2012.

Processing

With tested protectors and certified according to EN 17092-2:2020, the Compañero Rambler PRO suit meets the highest protection class for motorcycle clothing "AAA". All components and materials used for the suit, from the fabric to the sewing thread, are constantly tested.
