The carbon instrument cover in a matte finish for the Ducati Diavel 1260 from 2019 is screwed onto existing mounting points on the vehicle.
The installation of the parts is done using original mounting points. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary with us, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences in the next step. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
