The BDC is also laminated by hand at Ilmberger, cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, and impresses not only with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The different fibers scatter the incoming light and create a previously unknown reflection.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of all kinds, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.
