The construction of the DUSC cases is based on deep-drawn, structured ABS plastic shells with a stable aluminum frame. The scratch-resistant and flexible exterior material reliably returns to its original shape after impact. During accidents, impact forces are intelligently transferred via the plastic corners and the 3D-shaped lid to the aluminum frame – a robust yet lightweight construction.
The PRO side carriers are extremely durable thanks to their optimized shape and 2.5 mm thick steel construction. They are completely removable with newly developed, particularly robust quick-release mechanisms. The carriers offer perfect fit, are designed close to the vehicle, and can be easily mounted at the original attachment points. Optional theft protection is available. The corrosion protection through powder coating in black ensures long service life.
Mounting is incredibly simple: the cases are placed on the mounting points and secured with the innovative locking system to the carrier. The dual security mechanism allows secure closure of both the case opening and carrier attachment with just one hand movement.
