Carbon right foot protection glossy for Aprilia Tuono V4 / RSV 4 from 2021

With the carbon heel guard, the love for detail can be expressed in a particularly special way. The carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.

The combination of elegant curves and sharp edges allows the carbon exhaust heat shield to fit seamlessly into the modern lines of the new Aprilia like no other. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fiber layers are laid and aligned by experts into the mold. This way, the carbon part perfectly conforms to the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more overwhelming the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, laminated by hand with great care and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. It has three times the specific stiffness of steel at the same volume and, due to its particularly low density, weighs only a fraction of it. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fiber volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of all kinds, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also working on the bike is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
