Spacer (S)
The battery is equipped with one or more spacers that are glued under the battery with the included adhesive tape, so that the battery fits exactly in the battery box.
Waterproof (W)
The battery is completely waterproof and does not get damaged when the motorcycle is cleaned with high pressure.
Indicator (I)
All batteries are equipped with a battery status indicator.
Simply press the test button. If all 3 blue LEDs light up, the battery is fully charged (ful). If only 2 LEDs light up, it is only half charged (med). When only one LED lights up (low), the battery needs to be charged.
Quattro Pole (Q)
The battery is equipped with four terminal connections. Depending on how the battery is installed, the positive terminal is arranged on the left or right, thus replacing many conventional lead-acid batteries in use.
By replacing a standard lead-acid battery with a JMT lithium-ion battery, up to 5 kg of weight can be saved without significant effort.
The following advantages speak for JMT lithium-ion batteries:

Lead-acid batteries can only utilize 30% of their capacity due to specific properties,
while lithium-ion batteries can utilize nearly 100% of their capacity.
For this reason, the lithium versions of the JMT batteries require only 1/3 of the capacity of a comparable lead-acid battery for the same starting performance.
A uniform state of charge of all cells is also ensured by a built-in processor ("balancer").
The dimensions of the lithium-ion batteries correspond to the dimensions of the original lead-acid batteries with the help of adapters.
The connections are also identical, which is why the battery can be replaced in just a few minutes without further adjustments.
Please note that only suitable chargers should be used for charging, such as the JMP 800, JMP 4000, or the corresponding workshop devices.
For fast charging, we recommend the JMP 30000 Pro workshop device. This can recharge a lithium-ion battery to 90% within just 6 minutes.
The maximum recommended charging currents can be found in the technical data below.
Under no circumstances should chargers be used that attempt to desulfate deeply discharged batteries below 10 volts with a voltage of more than 14.9 volts before they start the actual charging.
The maximum charging voltage of 14.9 volts must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
The manufacturer guarantees sufficient starting capacity down to -5 degrees Celsius.
Technology
JMT lithium-ion batteries use iron phosphate (LiFePO4) as the cathode material and employ the lithium-polymer process in manufacturing.
As a result, they cannot catch fire or explode under normal operating conditions.
The technology and manufacturing process ensure the highest safety standards for lithium batteries.
