These headers made of high-quality stainless steel have a larger pipe diameter than the standard version and, unlike this, do not feature a catalytic converter. Designed for use on closed racetracks, this race-oriented component reduces the weight by 2.9 kg (56.8%) compared to the stock headers. In a test on the Akrapovič test bench in combination with a Slip-On Line (Titanium) and compared to an Aprilia Tuareg 660 with the stock system, an additional 4.2 kW (5.7 HP) of power was achieved at 9,500 RPM and a torque increase of 4.9 kW at 4,800 RPM, while simultaneously producing a deep race sound. This plug-and-play upgrade does not require any additional mapping.
After installation, the EC/ECE type approval of the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is void.
