This product is equipped with a high-quality, lightweight titanium muffler outer shell and features a stainless steel connecting pipe and a carbon end cap with a heat shield to protect the rider and equipment. The muffler is adorned with a solid-colored Akrapovič sticker. The use of race-proven materials gives the exhaust system a sporty appearance. The dual-pipe muffler contributes to a distinctive look. The weight is reduced by 1.5 kg (27.8%) compared to the stock system. Power and torque increase by 1.1 kW (1.5 hp) at 4,200 rpm and by 3.7 Nm at 4,400 rpm compared to a Honda NT1100 with the stock system, tested on the in-house Akrapovič test bench. The exhaust system delivers a deep and powerful sound from the parallel-twin engine. It is EC/ECE approved, and no re-mapping is required for this plug-and-play installation. It is compatible with the original Honda side cases and the center stand.
