Its adjustability is complemented by a universal adapter for 40 mm lowering. It is adjustable in increments of 4°. This allows you to achieve a natural ergonomics for a sporty or touring suitable seating position with the adjustable footpegs. After installation, the adapters can be adjusted so that the footpeg is positioned vertically downwards, keeping the distance to the shift and brake lever relatively constant. Please note that on newer BMW models, nothing can be adjusted on the brake side. However, you will quickly get used to the changed foot position, just as you do in a car. Please consider that lowering the footpeg also means less lean angle.
