Adjustable Handlebar Slider for BMW R1200RT LC and R1250RT LCincluding ABE At the request of many customers, we have now designed an adjustable handlebar slider for the BMW R1200RT LC and the R1250RT LC, which is based on a new steering head plate.Since the original design does not allow the handlebars to be brought significantly closer, we were forced to manufacture a new steering head plate.Our principle, which we have been following for 20 years, is the adjustability of the seating position. We have achieved this with the new handlebar slider.Only by manufacturing a new steering head plate is it possible to bring the handlebars as desired a total of 65 mm closer and not just higher.In the resting position, the handlebar slider is 31 mm closer to the rider than the original. From this point, the motorcycle handlebars can now be adjusted towards the rider in three stages using an index pin, bringing the handlebars up to 65 mm closer than the original. The handlebars will also be 100 mm wider.This allows you to adjust the super tourer according to your tour, body size, and comfort. The combination with our flexibly adjustable footrests completes the package and contributes to an absolutely relaxed riding experience.You achieve a natural ergonomics for a pleasant, upright seating position. This was one of our most elaborate projects, which we are particularly proud of.Please note, the conversion takes approximately 4 hours. All items were mounted and tested on original motorcycles - without any aftermarket modifications.
