Adjustable Footpeg Lowering for BMW R1150Rincluding ABE With the new footpeg adapter, no wish remains unfulfilled. As diverse as its adjustment options are, so are its applications. The adapter in its basic form fits 98% of all motorcycle models.Its adjustability is complemented by a universal adapter for 40 mm lowering. It can be adjusted in increments of 4°. Generally, the basic adapter can be mounted upwards or downwards. This allows you to achieve a natural ergonomics and a healthier sitting position. The optimal leg angle is 90°. When the leg angle is bent, the blood vessels also bend, which leads to insufficient oxygen supply to the leg and the dreaded varicose veins can develop.After installation, the adapters can be adjusted so that the footpeg is positioned vertically downwards, keeping the distance to the shift and brake lever relatively constant.If needed, you can order a brake lever or a shift lever cap for your BMW. The brake lever cap does not fit the GS models and the F800R.Please note that on newer BMW models, nothing can be adjusted on the brake side anymore.
