The JT Sprockets manufacturing facility is today the largest and most modern production site for sprockets and chainwheels worldwide, equipped among other things with the latest generation of CNC manufacturing machines.JT Sprockets produces the entire range of sprockets and chainwheels for the aftermarket and original equipment. Each sprocket and chainwheel goes through 25 production stages and is subjected to more than ten individual quality checks to successfully leave the production line. The Dual Injector offers several advantages, as the Scorpion Dual Injector is mounted using a flexible multi-dispenser plate and can thus be individually adhered to all swingarm shapes. Optionally, the injector can also be directly screwed onto chain guides, swingarms, and much more. The robust and shock-absorbing plastic reinforcement around both nozzles inevitably directs every drop of oil to the chain / sprocket. Drive Shaft Damper Original Spare Part Damper shafts are used to absorb load changes in the drivetrain. This reduces load spikes at high speeds and during sudden braking.   Worn dampers are noticeable through increased play in the drivetrain and automatically lead to wear of the chain set.
