We have designed this deactivation plug for the case that you want to install a Touratech Suspension Extreme chassis in your BMW R1200GS (LC) with DDC chassis In order to avoid error messages on the display regarding the DDC system (Dynamic Damping Control) when switching to the Touratech Suspension Extreme chassis, this "optional" deactivation plug is inserted into the socket of the shock absorber and mounted on the motorcycle.
