The aluminum case system is built very robustly, and we have tried to bring the case carriers as close to the motorcycle as possible. Many tests have been conducted to ensure that the entire development meets the specified requirements. The carrier is made of 18 mm stainless steel round tube, mounted on existing attachment points with special holding clamps and reinforcements. Absolutely no restrictions for passenger operation.

Case Carrier:
The case carrier is made of robust 2mm thick stainless steel round tube with a diameter of 18 mm. The installation is done at existing attachment points. Very robust construction with a cross brace withstands even tough use and fits elegantly into the overall look.
ZEGA Pro Case:
In modern design and at the highest technical level, our developers have created a masterpiece with the ZEGA Pro.
Light yet stable, the case, available in 31/38 liters capacity, is made entirely of 1.5 mm thick aluminum - waterproof, dustproof, and extremely high-quality processed. We do not want to settle for a simple plastic construction that is only enhanced with aluminum parts for aesthetics!
The lid and bottom of the ZEGA Pro are welded, achieving maximum connection stiffness, while the bottom and shell part are high-quality riveted (no cheap pop rivets). Weld seams at the edges, which often lead to leaks, are nowhere to be found here. A high-quality silicone seal ensures that the contents of these cases remain optimally protected.
The extremely robust protective strip on the body is screwed on and can therefore be easily replaced after an accident, for example. The same applies to the sturdy protective corners on the case lid, which can be completely removed or opened from only one side; the closures serve as hinges.
The ZEGA Pro impresses not only with its technology and workmanship but also with many clever detail solutions and a modern, protected design, with the rounded outer shape being a real eye-catcher. For example, the case lid can be retrofitted with a brilliant handle. The four attachment eyes do not protrude significantly beyond the case surfaces, allowing for comfortable sitting on the good piece.
The easy opening even when using a luggage roll, as well as the extensive special accessories we offer for the ZEGA Pro, are additional advantages. Among the special features of the ZEGA Pro is the sophisticated locking system, which is robust yet easy to use.
