Generally, the basic adapter can be mounted upwards or downwards. This allows you to achieve a natural ergonomics and a healthier sitting position. The optimal leg angle is 90°. When the leg angle is bent, the blood vessels also bend, resulting in insufficient oxygen supply to the leg, which can lead to the dreaded varicose veins.After installation, the adapters can be adjusted so that the footpeg is positioned vertically downwards, keeping the distance to the shift and brake lever relatively constant.Please consider that lowering the footpeg also means less lean angle.
