Adjustable Footpeg Lowering Kit for BMW R100GS 92With the new footpeg adapter, no wish remains unfulfilled. We would like to point out that you can only install the adapters if you perform the drilling for the spring position on your peg yourself. As diverse as its adjustment options are, so are its applications. The adapter in its basic form fits 98% of all motorcycle models.Its adjustability is complemented by a universal adapter for 40 mm lowering. It is adjustable in increments of 4°. Generally, the basic adapter can be mounted upwards or downwards. This allows you to achieve a natural ergonomics and a healthier sitting position. The optimal leg angle is 90°. When the leg angle is bent, the blood vessels also bend, resulting in insufficient oxygen supply to the leg, which can lead to the dreaded varicose veins.After installation, the adapters can be adjusted so that the footpeg is positioned vertically downwards, keeping the distance to the shift and brake lever relatively constant.Please consider that lowering the footpeg also means less lean angle. The advantage of these adapters is that the original footpeg is retained.Includes parts certificate TÜV certificate (attached here).The parts certificate includes most motorcycle models. For motorcycles not listed there, an individual inspection can be conducted. The proper installation will be checked and confirmed. The inspection costs approximately €30.00. All items have been mounted and tested on original motorcycles - without any modifications.
