The AERO ABS side case system for the CFMoto 800MT-X is the perfect luggage solution for adventure-seeking riders who value quality, functionality, and sporty design. This premium side case system consists of two robust ABS plastic cases and specially tuned PRO side carriers that are precisely engineered for your motorcycle.
The two side cases offer a combined 50 liters of storage space (2x25 l per side) while weighing only 1.8 kg each – a remarkable weight ratio that doesn't compromise your motorcycle's riding dynamics. The highly durable ABS plastic features a streamlined, aerodynamic design and a particularly easy-to-maintain, modern surface finish. The smooth finish is not only visually appealing but also extremely low-maintenance and resistant to environmental conditions.
The PRO side carriers are manufactured from robust 2.5 mm thick steel and finished with a black powder coating that provides effective corrosion protection. The optimized carrier design ensures extreme load capacity and perfect fit, positioned close to the vehicle for minimal aesthetics disruption. The patented QUICK-LOCK system enables fast assembly and disassembly: After a simple quarter turn at the mounting points, the entire carrier can be completely removed – leaving only discreet, unobtrusive mounting points on your motorcycle.
Installation is straightforward and mounts directly to original attachment points. The newly developed quick-release fasteners are particularly robust and can optionally be enhanced with anti-theft security. For permanent installations, quick-release fasteners can be replaced with standard M8 hardware. With numerous functional holes, the carrier offers maximum flexibility for individual customization.
The system is purpose-built for sporty motorcycle touring on paved roads and is not suitable for off-road use. The total system weight is approximately 5.0 kg. Please note that specific adapter kits are required for mounting side cases to the PRO side carrier; these are available separately.
