The AERO ABS side case system for BMW R1200GS and R1200GS Adventure is a premium luggage solution specifically developed for the popular models from 2004-2012 (R1200GS) and 2006-2013 (Adventure).
The system combines two lightweight ABS plastic cases with 25 liters of storage space each and just 1.8 kg weight per side with the highly load-bearing PRO side carriers from SW-MOTECH. The aerodynamic design with streamlined shape and modern, low-maintenance surface is ideal for sporty motorcycle travelers on paved roads.
PRO Side Carriers – Maximum Load Capacity: The PRO carriers represent the top solution for demanding travelers. They are extremely load-bearing thanks to optimized design and high-strength steel (2.5 mm thickness). The carriers are perfectly fitted and built close to the bike, maintaining an elegant silhouette. Overall, the PRO carriers weigh approximately 5.1 kg and reach a width of 51 cm when mounted on the bike.
Quick-Lock Technology: The patented QUICK-LOCK system allows lightning-fast assembly and disassembly. With newly developed, even more robust quick-release fasteners, the carrier can be completely removed after a quarter turn at the attachment points. Only inconspicuous mounting points remain on the motorcycle. Alternatively, the quick-release fasteners can be replaced with standard parts (M8) for permanent mounting.
Robust Construction: The carriers made of high-quality steel receive a black powder coating for effective corrosion protection. Numerous function holes allow flexible configuration. An optional anti-theft lock is available separately and increases protection for your equipment.
Mounting and Accessories: Mounting is simple at the original attachment points of the R1200GS and Adventure. The necessary adapter kit for attaching the AERO ABS side cases to the PRO side carriers is available separately. The PRO carriers can also accommodate other case systems (TRAX, DUSC, SysBag WP L) with appropriate adapters.
