The AERO ABS saddlebag system is specifically designed for the BMW R 1300 R and R 1300 RS, offering the ultimate luggage solution for demanding motorcycle travelers. The system consists of two high-quality ABS plastic saddlebags and custom-fitted PRO side carriers from SW-MOTECH. With a total volume of 50 liters (2x25 l per side), you have sufficient storage space for multi-day tours on paved roads. The saddlebags are made from high-strength ABS plastic and weigh only 1.8 kg each. The aerodynamic design minimizes air resistance, while the low-maintenance surface is easy to clean. The side carriers are manufactured from robust, 2.5 mm thick steel and finished with black powder coating for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. The carriers are mounted close to the bike and achieve a mounted width of 51.0 cm, preserving a compact and sporty appearance. The patented QUICK-LOCK system revolutionizes handling: after just a quarter turn at the mounting points, the entire carrier can be removed. Afterward, only discreet mounting points remain on the motorcycle. The newly developed quick-release fasteners are more robust than ever before and enable quick assembly and disassembly without tools. For permanent installation, the quick-release fasteners can be replaced with standard M8 hardware. The system features numerous mounting holes and installs easily at the original attachment points. An optional anti-theft lock is available for added security. The total system weight is approximately 5.1 kg – ideal for balancing safety and lightweight performance.
